In the last two years of School I moved into the back garage at our place, which was good because it was stand alone and had rear street access, which meant friends from school could drop in mostly undetected and then we could smoke weed and listen to Pink Floyd.

I really enjoyed your 60's musings. I was a sixties kid experimenting with weed etc and as a more serious seventies aspiring adult trained a bit with Laura Perls the founder of Gestalt therapy. I really enjoyed the clear and simple way you brought the experience of weed, gestalt and the unconscious together. Otherwise, as I was reading the piece I thought behind all this youth exploration the bigger point seems to me to be that he had very good parents to give him the garage space. Then mother entered the story and though I think developmentally you were right not to include her in the co-conspiracy with your mates, I assume there will be another piece on the time she did smoke it. LOL. Otherwise, having done 25 years of Jungian analysis I find myself less compelled by a lot of the intellectually overactive material you put out (looking from the journey to Self I've taken though that is my ego speaking from a seen it done it got the tee shirt comfort zone) though I admire you for doing so. I guess I'm saying that referring to your own experience, if gripping for me, may get a good response from others. Be Well, Tom
