Safron Rossi on the Odyssey

Hello everyone, this is part 2 of my conversation with Safron Rossi. Last time we were cut off mid-Odyssey by an internet outage, and so we take up the Odyssey again and explore further, the Hero and the Goddess(particularly Athena who is everywhere throughout the Odyssey). We also discuss Archetypal Astrology(and Jung and Astrology) and talk about Jung, Ginette Paris, Rick Tarnas, Marie Louise Von Franz and Thomas Moore. And a little about this time we are living through and what it means to live with an archetypal eye.

Safron Rossi, Ph.D. has spent her life steeped in literature, religion and mythology, fields in which she holds her degrees. She is Core Faculty in the Jungian and Archetypal Studies MA/PhD program at Pacifica Graduate Institute teaching courses on mythology and archetypal symbolism. For many years she was Curator of the Joseph Campbell, James Hillman and Marija Gimbutas manuscript collections at Opus Archives.
